A Message From Jessica

So many kids and teens today feel weighed down by things they don’t have the words for.
Sometimes it looks like anxiety, trouble focusing, or pulling away. Other times it shows up in big emotions or behaviors that feel overwhelming.

And as a parent, you’re left wondering, “How do I help my child?” and “What if I can’t give them the support that they need?”

Hi, I’m Jessica Cranson, a therapist at Bloom Child Therapists and I help kids and families find hope and healing through counseling.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as a missionary and mentor, walking with people through struggles, listening to their stories, and helping them discover new ways forward.

That’s what drew me into being a mental health counselor: I wanted the training and tools to bring even deeper healing.

I’m currently completing my master’s at CCU and pursuing certifications in EMDR and play therapy, because I believe every child deserves therapy that meets them where they are.

Here’s how to get started with counseling:

First, click the schedule appointment button on our website and fill out the new client appointment form.

Second, our intake team will reach out to you to answer any questions and schedule your first appointment.

Third, we’ll begin therapy that creates safety, connection, and hope.

Your child doesn’t have to carry this alone, and you don’t have to either. Healing is possible, and I’ll guide you every step of the way.
