A Message From Kelsey

Being a kid is hard. Even young children and adolescents can struggle with anxiety, stress and depression; To feel pressure to succeed or to look, be, think or act a certain way. And, for parents, it can be such a helpless feeling to watch your child struggle with their mental health.

I’m Kelsey Regan, a child therapist here at Bloom Child Therapists, and I believe that children have innate strengths and qualities that can be utilized to help them work through whatever issue or circumstance that is making them feel stuck or unhappy.

And I also believe that having a therapist to feel safe with and connected to can be the tool your child needs to identify the barriers to a healthy, happy and fulfilling life.

I specialize in working with children and adolescents with common mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression and stress.

I use strength-based approaches and aim to facilitate an authentic connection with kids to identify the source of their issue. My goal is to help your child find clarity with their thoughts, emotions and behaviors and improve their overall daily functioning.

You can get your child started with counseling by clicking on the schedule appointment button. After filling out the new client appointment form, a staff member will reach out to get your first appointment scheduled and answer any questions you may have at that time.

So if you want to see your child become the healthy, happy and confident version of themselves that can function without the heavy weight of anxiety, stress or depression, schedule an appointment today. I can help.
