A Message From Liz

Today’s adolescents face unique challenges, including peer pressure, social media stress, and identity exploration that can cloud their perception of themselves. Often, these challenges seem overwhelming and hinder their growth and self-discovery.

This turbulence creates a disconnect, making it difficult for them to navigate life confidently and express their true selves authentically.

I’m Liz Barta, a Child, Adolescent & Teen Therapist at Bloom Child Therapists, and I believe that every child deserves to understand and relate to their emotions in a healthy and constructive way.

That’s why, for the past 6 years, I’ve helped clients shed the layers of confusion, break free from emotional roadblocks, and start to understand their unique identity. In this nurturing environment, adolescents develop a stronger sense of self, enabling them to approach life with resilience and authenticity.

Here’s how to get started:

First, click on the “Schedule Appointment” button and fill out the new client appointment form.

Second, someone from our intake team will reach out to schedule the first appointment.

Third, we’ll develop a plan that will best address the struggles your teen is facing and how to support you, the caregiver.

At Bloom Child Therapists, we truly believe your child can come into the therapy room with whatever they’re experiencing, and we will be there to meet them where they’re at, listen to their story, and help them develop tools to build confidence and manage their feelings.

Schedule an appointment today so your child can stop feeling lost in the turmoil of emotions, and instead discover self-worth and confidence, empowering their journey towards emotional independence.
